No QC photos found? Here's what to do
Not every listing has been ordered through an agent yet. That's a gap, not a dead end.
Check QC photos nowWhy a product has no QC photos
- The listing is new. Sellers relist items often, and a fresh listing starts with zero orders.
- The item is rare or expensive, so few people have bought it.
- People bought it through agents whose warehouse photos aren't collected.
- The link isn't a product page (a shop or search page) - then there's nothing to look up.
Six things to try
- Check the link is the product itself. Open it - you should see one item with a price and variants. If you see a shop or a list, click into the item and copy that link.
- Find the same item from other sellers. Popular reps are sold by many shops. Search the marketplace or your agent for the item name and check each link in the QC checker.
- Try the original link. If you came from an agent link, open the Weidian or Taobao page it points to. Some sellers have several listings of one product.
- Read the seller's photos critically. Real photos of the item on a plain background beat edited lifestyle pictures.
- Check again in a few days. Every time someone orders it, new photos can appear - recently checked products refresh automatically.
- Order it and QC it yourself. Your own warehouse photos arrive before anything is shipped. If it's bad, RL it and get your money back.
