Which shipping lines does the tracker check?
GTI USA, YFD USA, JDY Europe, ZLS Europe, HSD Europe, KakoBuy's own tracker and nine more express lines on the same freight system, all at once. GTI Europe can only be tracked on GTI's own site.
Why does DHL show nothing for my parcel yet?
EU lines fly to a hub in Europe, clear customs there and only then hand the parcel to DHL, PostNL or DPD. That local tracking number usually appears 7–10 days after departure. Until then, this page is the most up-to-date view.
When does USPS take over a parcel to the USA?
US lines hand the parcel to USPS after it lands and clears customs. The USPS number shows up here as soon as the line adds it.
My tracking number isn't found. What now?
New numbers can take 1–2 days to appear after your agent ships. Check you copied the international tracking number from your parcel page, then try again later.
How is the delivery estimate worked out?
Before the parcel leaves China, from the line's usual door-to-door days (12–18 to Europe, 10–18 to the USA). Once it flies, from where it is now: about 7–10 days to customs in Europe, around 2 days there, then a few days onward to your door.
What does a customs caution mean?
The parcel has been at customs for 8 days or more, which is longer than usual. Contact your agent's support and ask them to check with the shipping line.
