How accurate is the weight estimate?
The weights are averages of real products. Your items can be 10 to 15% lighter or heavier depending on brand, size and material, so treat the total as a good guess and check the real weight in your QC photos or on your agent's parcel page before you ship.
What if my item isn't listed?
Pick the closest one. A branded jacket weighs about the same as the jacket style it is (puffer, denim, bomber), and a pair of sneakers about the same as the low-top or high-top option.
How is the packaging chosen?
From what's in your parcel: one or two pairs of shoes get a shoe box, a few light clothes go in a poly bag, and bigger or heavier hauls get a bigger box. Electronics and breakables add padding and always go in a box.
What is volumetric weight?
Some shipping lines charge by size as well as weight: length × width × height in cm, divided by 5,000, gives the volumetric weight in kg, and you pay whichever is higher. Bulky, light hauls like puffer jackets are hit hardest. Asking your agent to remove shoe boxes or vacuum pack clothes brings it down.
How do I check what shipping will cost?
